Training Management
This module enables a simple management of the processes in relation to professional training, education and school management. The link between the school and the training companies is simplified as well as the management of contracts and exams.

Process of signing an apprenticeship contract:
- Application for authorisation to train an apprentice
- Prototype contract
- Official contract, signed by the company and the apprentice
- Contract sent to schools
- Registration for examinations
End of apprenticeship examination:
- Transfer of end-of-apprenticeship average grades
- Organisation of examinations
- Collecting grades
- Calculation of results (with more than 500 criteria)
- Submission of report cards, CFC, vocational maturity
- Creation of new contracts and possible extension for students who have failed
